The Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs (MSYA) hereby invites suitably qualified Event Coordinators/Event Managers to register with the Public Depository of Trinidad and Tobago to provide goods, works and services to the MSYA.
Please be advised that in accordance with Section 26 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015, any individual or firm seeking to provide goods, works or services to any Government Ministry or State Agency MUST be registered with the Procurement Depository of Trinidad and Tobago, as established by the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR).
It should be noted that registration does not mean prequalification. Prequalification must be specifically granted in order for the Ministry to engage your services.
