Overview
The Human Resource Management Unit (HRMU) is responsible for managing and developing the Ministry’s human capital to support the effective delivery of programmes and services. The Unit oversees all matters relating to staffing, employee relations, and organisational development, recognizing that a skilled, motivated, and well-supported workforce is essential to achieving the Ministry’s mandate.
HRMU ensures that human resource policies and practices are aligned with public service regulations and the Ministry’s strategic priorities, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
